Two decades ago, our founder embarked on a courageous journey; one fueled by determination, independence, and a mission to empower women. After five years of supporting her husband’s business, she felt called to build something entirely her own. Like many visionary women before her she went on to build a legacy  that would empower women and challenge societal norms. 

At the time, selling women’s sanitary pads was no easy task. In a country like Cambodia where menstruation was still a taboo topic, many were hesitant to even discuss it, much less sell it. She faced countless rejections, often going door to door only to sell 20 boxes a month. But she refused to give up. Her resilience was rooted in a childhood shaped by hardship, having grown up in the aftermath of the Khmer Rouge, she knew struggle, but she also knew strength.

What kept her going was more than just building a business; it was about breaking barriers and creating opportunities for women. Slowly, her persistence paid off. What started as a challenging venture blossomed into a thriving enterprise, paving the way for open conversations about women’s health and financial independence.

Today, she dedicates her time to mentoring the next generation, especially her children (much to their amusement 😂) passing on not just business wisdom, but the unwavering belief that no obstacle is too great when you’re driven by purpose.

Her story is a testament to the power of perseverance, the importance of challenging norms, and the impact one woman can make when she dares to dream boldly.
